Requirements
Responsibilities
● Assist the main instructor in planning and delivering effective I.T and soft skills / professional skills classes
● Work collaboratively with the main instructor to develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments
● Provide support to students during class activities and exercises
● Facilitate group work and discussion activities, ensuring that all students are engaged and participating
● Help with classroom management, including discipline and behavior management
● Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
● Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance
● Communicate with parents as needed about student progress and concerns
● Undertake administrative tasks such as grading and record-keeping
Skills that will help you get this role
● Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
● Experience working with junior and senior high school age students
● Passion for working with students and helping them achieve success
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Basic knowledge of I.T concepts is an advantage, but not required
● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
