About the Role
As a Technical Training Instructor at Grand Slam I.T. School, you will deliver online training to students, graduates, and working professionals. Your technical knowledge is important, but most essential are your people skills, your ability to transfer your knowledge, and your genuine care for the progress of your trainees.
You are passionate for one or several technologies including: Software Programming, Software Testing, Software Development Life Cycle, Agile, DevOps, Data Analysis, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Blockchain. You have a balanced set of skills, empathy and sensitivity to guide young individuals and professionals to make their best career decisions. Your best ability is your empathy, care, and attention to detail; you are very thoughtful and responsible – you are always there for trainees.
Requirements
Responsibilities
● Deliver technical training group and individual sessions.
● Create training material, including presentations, exercises, projects, and videos.
● Producing training schedules and classroom agenda.
● Reveal trainees’ strengths, conduct aptitude tests, provide findings.
● Provide job market insights to trainees: explain the roles you are training for.
● Conduct mock interviews on the roles you are training for.
● Improve training, materials.
● Observe and evaluate results of training courses.
Skills that will help you get this role

● Strong knowledge in Software Programming, Software Testing, Software Development Life Cycle, Agile, DevOps, Data Analysis, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Blockchain.
● Experience in designing technical course content.
● Excellent knowledge of online meeting tools and practices (impeccable awareness of video and sound settings configuration).
● Technical Trainer certification is not required, but it can be a plus.
