Michelle brings with her more than 19 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional and Leader within big Multi-Nationals.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Career Management, Leadership Development and Career Coaching.

Her educational background is in Industrial Psychology (B.Honours) from the University of South Africa and she is a Member of the Maxwell Leadership Team where she is finalising her certification as a Trainer, Coach and Speaker.

Her passion is to equip and empower learners to reach their full potential.
